Despite the missing two cylinders, the new EcoBoost engine still pulls like a strong and smooth V-6. There is little lag, and I doubt that most buyers would notice any difference in power delivery. However, they will probably notice the very un-V-6-like noises coming from the engine bay – it may pull like a V-6, but sounds like the four-cylinder it is

Video: 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor tackles Hell’s Revenge Trail

Filed under: Truck , Videos , Ford , Off-Road We recently went off the beaten path with a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor in Moab, Utah to test the 2012 model’s improved off-road chops. While Editor Paukert’s tale of the experience certainly gets the point across, there’s nothing quite like watching Ford’s monster tackle the rocks and dirt in high-definition video, especially video that was taken by a hovering camera-equipped drone. For 2012 Ford is once again auction off a Mustang for charity, but this year’s car is a little different.

Review: 2012 Ford Mustang V6

Filed under: Coupe , Performance , Ford , New Car Reviews Cylinder-Envy No More My first car was a used 1981 Ford Mustang . It was a complete piece of garbage, but it was the best I could do with $900 worth of hard-earned busboy tips. It only had one side mirror, the power steering fluid had to be filled every two weeks and there was a nail in the dashboard.
